Tes Car CF 2.5 A
The Tes Car CF 2.5 A, mini kelly bar rig, is hydraulic drilling rig based on a 5t 360 excavator, capable of boring piles 350 – 800 diameter to 20 meters.
With a minimum working height of 3.0m, and using a special “short” kelly bar, we are able to achieve 10m depth. And with a maximum width of 2.0m, the CF 2.5A can move around easily in restricted areas, and the rubber crawlers leave no marks, on floors and drive ways.
This extremely versatile machine is able to access areas, unreachable by many other piling rigs capable of boring the same depths and diameters. The Tes Car CF 2.5 A has no powerpack, with clumsy and hazardous, hydraulic umbilical lines, and can rotate fully erected 360 degrees. Which means when working all spoil can be discarded behind the machine, preventing any build up on party walls, when performing Contiguous Piled walls for basements, and the spoil is easily accessible to the excavator in attendance.

As you are able to see in the photo below we were able to install these King Post’s, in an extremely restricted and delicate area of subsiding wall, in between the temporary shoring supporting it.
There is no spoil left around the scaffolding to clear away, and wall is left untouched.
